About us

Founded in 1987, JIUH CHING INDUSTRIES CO., LTD. is a Taiwan-based CNC precision machining manufacturer located in Tainan. We provide CNC turning, CNC milling, turn-mill machining, and custom precision metal parts manufacturing for automotive and motorcycle, bicycle, optical, electronics, pneumatic, hydraulic, medical equipment, and aerospace applications.

We machine aluminum, brass, steel, stainless steel, and other customer-specified metals according to drawings and technical requirements. Our production capabilities include CNC machining centers, robotic automation, multitasking twin-turret CNC lathes, and 5-axis CNC turning equipment with Y-axis and B-axis capabilities. For dimensional and surface inspection, we use CNC 3D vision measuring systems, 2.5D measuring equipment, surface roughness testers, and contour measuring instruments.

Jiuh Ching operates under an ISO 9001:2015 quality management system and applies documented quality control throughout production and inspection. Our components are supplied to customers in the United States, Japan, Europe, Southeast Asia, and other international markets.

We support OEM and ODM cooperation and welcome customers to provide 2D/3D drawings, material requirements, tolerances, surface treatments, inspection standards, and estimated quantities.
